How to count the woman`s fertile period with simple ways

By knowing the woman`s fertile period it can be more easier to have a baby. It is very important to know the woman`s fertile period because during this phase the woman will have a good ovulation phase that is the peak of the fertile period of the woman. During this phase we will get a high percentage to get a pregnancy. Therefore if we want to get a pregnancy effectively we have to know how to count the woman`s fertile period. There are some ways to count the woman`s fertile period.

There are two kinds of woman`s fertile period, the peak of the fertile period and the common fertile period. The peak of fertile period can be counted in thirteen days after the end of the menstruation phase. While in the common fertile phase is started from three days before the peak period until three days after the peak period. For example if the menstruation period ends in 10 July 2014, the peak of the fertile period is 23 July 2014. The common fertile period will starts from 20 July 2014 and will be end in 26 July 2014.

While if you have unpredictable menstruation cycles you have to create some notes about how long your menstruation cycles at least six cycles or six months. And then you can start to count your fertile period. The way to count the fertile period is from the total of the days in the longest menstruation period minus eleven therefore it can be the end of the fertile period day in this menstruation period. And then from the shortest cycle minus eighteen will be the first fertile period day in this menstruation cycle. For example the longest cycle = 31, while the shortest cycle = 26, therefore the fertile period can be counted from 31 – 11= 20, and 26 – 18 = 8, therefore the fertile period is from the 8th day until 20th.

The counting example can be simulated in the following explanation:

• The early menstruation last month:1 January
• The early menstruation in this month: 3 February
• The menstruation cycles: 33 days
• Ovulation: 22 February (19 days from the early menstruation in this month)
• The fertile period: 21 – 23 February (one day before and one day after the ovulation)

Based on the counting technique above,the fertile period is going on three days. But it doesn’t mean that the woman will not get a pregnancy out of those three days. The woman`s fertile period is the best time for conducting the uterus insemination. So beyond the fertile period above the woman can be possibly to get a pregnancy. As we know that in a good condition the sperm can hold out in the woman`s uterus.

Another ways to know the fertile period simply can be described as follows:

• Use the fertile period testing tools that can be found in the drug store. To know the fertile period we can check the woman`s urine using the testing tool. The accuracy of the testing tool can be 90% to 95%.
• The more traditional way to know about the woman`s fertile period is by checking the woman`s cervix mucous. We can use our fingers to check the woman`s cervix mucous. Put the cervix mucous in the thumb and the index finger, and then space out your fingers in 2 cm or 3 cm. If the cervix mucous is still connected it means that the woman is getting the fertile period. But the accuracy of this way is only 60 % to 70%.
• For the couple who want to get a baby, we can also use these following tips. While we conduct the sexual intercourse and having orgasm, it is better for us to change our position in the normal position. It is better for the woman to get a supine position. Then after getting orgasm, the men lets her wife to stay relax in this position in several minutes so that the sperm can reach the ovum completely.
