Pregnancy is the grace of god, and by getting the pregnancy the picture of a cute baby will be realized soon. The cute baby will bring a great happiness for the family. We need to be considered that we need more vigilance and protections to prevent some obstruction during the pregnancy. Therefore we need some tips to keep the woman`s pregnancy and the woman`s health.

These are the following cases that need to be considered to keep the woman`s health and also the baby`s health:
  • We can find a lot of information about how to pass the healthy pregnant phase from the books, magazine, television, internet, another news resource or we can ask to our friends and relatives.
  • Accustom to wear the loose clothes in the first trimester although the woman`s stomach haven’t grow bigger yet.
  • Getting the pregnancy at the young age can cause some queasy and vomit therefore the woman often to become dehydration. We can consume much fresh water or fruit juice to cure this problem.
  • Consuming some health foods for pregnant woman which can be digested easily (Rice, corn, potatoes, etc)
  • Avoid consuming the fat meals (Some foods which contains a lot of coconut milk, and fried fatty meats)
  • We can prevent the queasy and vomit by avoiding something smelled bad. And it will be better for the pregnant woman to brush teeth after eat the meals or after getting the queasy.
  • We have to wake up and lie down smoothly and don’t do it spontaneously to prevent the queasy and some headache during the young pregnancy.
  • Consuming the food in ideal portion can reduce the risk of queasy and vomits.
  • Provides some snacks (Biscuits, oat bread, or some fruits) which contain a lower salinity to reduce the risk of queasy and vomits before doing the daily activity or before wake up in the morning.
  • Join and share with your friends who are getting the pregnancy. You can also join with other online communities to share your experience and your knowledge related to the pregnancy.
  • Consuming some milk will be better to prevent the insomnia.
  • If the woman having the constipation, it will be cured by consuming the fresh water at least 12 glasses of water in one day.
  • If you feel some pains in the lower abdomen or there are some blood spots inside of your underwear (Especially for the pregnancy which is more than 4 weeks), you should consult to the doctor as soon as possible.
By considering the fourteen tips for healthy pregnant woman in the first semester above, we hope that we can prevent and solve some problems that can be occurred frequently especially for the young pregnant woman. Don’t be panic but we should be vigilant and ask for some support from our family about our pregnancy.
