Although pregnancy is the most enjoyable moment for the mother, but sometimes she gets some boredoms during her pregnancy because the pregnant woman will have some limitations to do her daily activities. There are some enjoyable activities that can be done by the pregnant woman, but she must be considered about some restrictions which must be obeyed by the pregnant woman to keep her pregnancy and her fetus. There are five enjoyable activities that can be done by the pregnant woman:
  1. Aromatherapy can be done by the pregnant woman because it can reduce some grievances during the pregnancy such as the fatigue, stiff, nausea, stress, unstable emotion, back pains, even it can be used to expedite the childbirth process. The pregnant woman should avoid these following activities for example the pregnant woman should avoid the aromatherapy activity under the 4 months pregnancy and the woman should have a great consideration about the use of aromatherapy which is appropriate for her pregnancy because some of them can create some contraction or even a miscarriage. You can use the aromatherapy service which has an expert of aromatherapy for the pregnant woman, therefore the pregnant woman can get a suitable doses and a suitable aromatherapy.
  2. Sport is very useful for the pregnant woman to maintain her fitness and brain refreshment. You can choose a kind of sport which is appropriate for your condition for example walking around, fun bike, aerobics exercise in the second trimester, yoga for pregnant woman, swimming and also pregnant woman gymnastic exercise.
  3. Daily need shopping or baby gear can be used as a refreshment for the pregnant woman`s brain, to eliminate the fatigue, to reduce the woman`s stressing, and to maintain the woman`s fitness. But this activity should be avoided when the condition of the woman is unfit or tired because it can create some bleeding or even the miscarriage. It will be better for you to choose the shopping center which has escalator or lift, therefore the woman can get some enjoyable shopping. The woman must wear suitable clothes.
  4. Having a culinary tour can give some benefits for the pregnant woman to eliminate the fatigue and make more relax. But the pregnant woman should avoid some menu which can endanger the pregnant woman`s health such as contains preservative substance, coloring materials, flavors, and springy substance. It will be better for the woman to choose appropriate food which is fresh and healthy.
  5. Having sexual intercourse (is not categorized as a risky pregnancy), it can be used to make your marriage becomes harmony and it can be used to encourage the woman`s health both physically and mentally. The sexual intercourse can be done regularly just like in the condition before the pregnancy. When conducting the sexual intercourse the woman should consider about the position of the sexual intercourse which is available for the pregnant woman by reducing the stomach pressure, having a smooth movement, and slowly movement.
