Sponge contraception, this kind of contraception is like a sponge which is put inside of the vagina for some hours before conducting the sex intercourse. Diaphragm is a contraception whose shape is like a bowl made from an elastic material. It has so many sizes. Therefore we may choose one of them which has an appropriate size. It can give a protection from the pregnancy and cervix cancer. The negative sides of the diaphragm are that it is ineffective to be used because we have to put the diaphragm inside of the vagina for 6 hours after doing the sexual intercourse.
IUD contraception is a kind of contraception which is put inside of the uterus. Many people prefer use it because it is very effective to prevent the pregnancy. The IUD will spread some hormone that has a function to prevent the pregnancy. The IUD Contraception can be used for 3 years.
Sterilization/tubectomy is a permanent contraception which is seldom to be used by the woman, because if the woman will not get the pregnancy after doing the sterilization.it is done by cutting or closing the ovum duct which is stretching from the uterus to the ovary. This method can also be done for the men by cutting or closing thesperm duct therefore the men cannot produce the sperm anymore.
