Gymnastic movements for the pregnant woman in the age of 9 months

A gymnastic movement for the pregnant woman is one of the ways that can be done to prepare the childbirth process. It will have a lot of benefits for the woman`s health and the fetus.

The gymnastic exercise can be done gradually to strengthen the leg muscle. It will be very useful because in the 9 months of pregnancy the woman`s weight will be more heavy therefore it can be used to prop up the woman`s body when she walk.

Another benefit of the gymnastic exercise for the pregnant woman is to prevent the varicose veins. The varicose can appear because of the broadening of the vascular especially on the woman`s foots. Therefore it will influence the woman`s health

These are the following gymnastic movement for the pregnant woman in 9 months of age:
  1. Prepare some mattress which has a smooth material in its surface. The movement is started by the sitting cross-legged. Straighten your back, and place hands on your thighs like the meditation position. Relax your body and mind, set the in and out breath regularly and do not rush.
  2. The next gymnastic movement is the similar movements like the crawling position by putting both your hands as wide as your shoulders. After that set up your four parts of body perpendicularly with the floor and set up your body parallel with the floor. Bow your head until you can see your stomach with a raised waist position. Flat your stomach, contract your anus then move down your waist. Raise up your head while flexing the abdominal wall muscles and relax your pelvic muscles, do this movement as much as 8x.
  3. The third movement is by doing the crawling position with the position of the neck and head resting onthe back and palm of the hand in the floor. Repeat as you grasp it with both hands and try to relax. Perform the following movements: open your mouth and inhale deeply enough, then close your mouth and do some convulsive position.
