The back pain can occur frequently for the pregnant woman, but it should have more attention because the woman`s health is the most important thing to be considered in order to keep the condition of the fetus become healthy.

Having a good posture training
The growth of the fetus which becomes bigger can make the body`s gravity move forward. To solve this problem, we can use the principle of a good posture while you stand or sit.
If you have to stand in a long time, rest one foot on a low stool, and rest up in several minutes. If you want to sit you must be careful to do that. Use the chair that can prop up the woman`s back, or put a small pillow under the woman`s back.
Wearing an Appropriate Clothes
Pregnant women who work should use low-heeled shoes which are supported by good arch shoes. The pregnant women should wear some clothes that is designed for them which is supportive and has a lower waist belt.
Having a good position when lifting some objects
Having a squat position if you want to reach a small object then lift it using your foods. Don’t bend your waist or lift it using your back. You should lift the object that is not too heavy for you, if it is too heavy for you to lift the object you can ask someone to do that.

Sleeping side away can be done by putting a pillow between the knees or another part of body under the woman`s stomach. It have been known to reduce the risk of having some back pain for the pregnant woman.

The pregnancy exercise can increase the physical condition of the pregnant woman, therefore they becomes more fit. The pregnancy exercise movement can be done not too long but it can be done gradually. The pregnancy exercise can overcome the problems of back pain during the pregnancy.
