Every a pregnant woman certain want a healthy and perfect baby start at birth to grow up. For the pregnant women the way of healthy living would be important thing and should get more attention because it will so influence the condition of the fetus in the womb. All of things are concerned with pregnant women should be noticed well in order to get healthy and normal baby. When a woman decides to get pregnant, then she must be committed to maintain the condition of the womb. One of the way can be done by applying a healthy living certainly.

The ways of healthy living for the pregnant women are:
  1. Checking the condition of the womb to the obstetrician or midwife regularly. The health condition of the fetus will be found when this routine inspection. The medical staff who handle your pregnancy will record the age of gestation, genetic inspection, social, emotional, gynecological, lifestyle, history of gestation, and the lifestyle’s pregnant woman. And after knowing how the condition of the fetus in the womb then you can apply the preventive steps to maintain the health during the pregnancy.
  2. The pregnant women should avoid smoking (active and passive) because this lifestyle is not good for the health of pregnant women, because it can affect the condition of the fetus in the womb.
  3. The next healthy living is doing physical exercise. By doing this the body of pregnant women will be healthy and fresh. Some of exercise that can be done such as yoga, pilates, swimming, the pregnant women gymnastics and favourite exercise so when do it is not forced.
  4. The pregnant women must also be balanced with consumption of good food patterns. Besides to maintain the balance of diet is in order to avoid the addition of weight excessive, also to keep the condition of pregnancy is always healthy. Avoid consumption the fast-food which usually contains the unbalanced nutrient. Menu the foods of pregnant women should be cooked themselves so they can determine how many percent of protein, fat, and carbohydrate to fill the requirement of nutritional of the pregnant women.
Consuming much of fresh foods such as fruits, vegetables, fish, eggs, nuts, and seeds. Avoid consumption of saturated fats and perfecting with the healthy mind and heart. That is always to positive-thinking and decrease the negative- thinking that make the pregnant women are stress.
