Knowing the menstrual cycle for the woman in fertile period

Menstrual cycle is the physiological change which happens to the woman which is caused by several factors. The menstrual cycle happens because there are some bleeding in the endometrium which is caused by the LH-progesterone and FSH-progesterone hormone. It happens regularly in every month. The woman`s menstrual cycle will begin in the puberty phase, that is in the age of 9-17 years. If the menstrual cycle is stopped in the age of 25-52 years, it is called the menopause.

When the woman having a menstrual cycle, she will have shedding on the uterine wall which happens regularly in every month. It becomes the indication to know whether she has a normal menstrual cycle or not. An irregular menstrual cycle can be influenced by imbalance hormonal change which can be caused by some factors such as stressing, unhealthy life style, premenopausal, thyroid, the sickness, and the ovary polycystic syndrome.

For example if the woman has some stress, the adrenal gland will produce a cortisol. This condition will influence the estrogen, and progesterone hormone and it will reduce the gonadotropin releasing hormone (GnRH) therefore it will obstruct the menstrual process.

The normal menstrual cycle happens in 4 days, 6 days until 8 days. The blood which come out during the menstruation is caused by the endometrium shedding which is assembled with the blood. Some research found that the normal menstrual blood happens to the woman is about 25-60 ml.

For those who wants to get the normal menstrual cycle, you should consume some healthy foods, avoid some stress, and maintain a healthy life style. It can also be used to enhance the pregnancy.
