Ideal Baby's sleep Time
Baby's sleep time is an important moment of baby to maximize his growth. At the early age of birth, the baby sleeps with the longest time and will decrease along with increasing age of the baby. The other factor that affect the baby's sleep time is custom applied by the parents. For that, parents are expected to have an active role in shaping the ideal baby’s sleep time.

There are some general description of the ideal baby's sleep time, you can look at the following explanation:
  • The baby’s sleep time of age 1-4 weeks has sleep time 15-16 hours in a day, even some babies will sleep for 18 hours per day. The premature baby’s sleep time are longer than babies with normal birth. At this age, a baby does not have a regular sleep cycle. He could be a lot of sleep in the day or otherwise. 
  • The baby’s sleep time of age 1-4 months is 14-15 hours in one day. At this age, the baby has had enough regular sleep pattern. When once sleep can spend 4-5 hours and it will often occur at night. And the baby has been able to feel where the night and day. 
  • The baby’s bedtime of age 4-12 months is about 14-15 hours per day. At this age, parents should start giving the good baby’s sleep time habits. This is caused, the baby starts interacting and follow the parents sleep pattern. If at this age, parents are fail to apply the good sleep pattern, then these habits will carried to adulthood. 
  • The baby’s sleep time of age 1-3 years is 12-14 hours in one day. At this age, usually a child will start lose the sleep time in the morning and will sleep in the day only one time and continued in the night, starting between the hours of 7 to 9 pm (as the usuality) and will wake up in the morning between the hours of 6 or 8 hours. 
  • The baby’s sleep time of age 3-6 years is around 10-12 hours per day with the time in the night and some children are difficult to sleep in the day. This is of course based on the habits taught by parents.
