Relaxation for the pregnant woman can be used to solve the problems of having anxiousness which can cause some stress during the pregnancy. The definition of relaxation is a kind of technique used to overcome the problems of anxiousness and stressing by easing down the nerve muscle which is sourced in a certain object. In a relax condition, the whole body will be balance, calm and the body`s muscle will be more comfortable.

Relaxation for pregnant woman is very important to be done because it will have a positive influence toward the pregnancy. There are some steps to conduct the relaxation during the pregnancy:

By using a simple breathing method. It can be done by having a comfortable position such as sitting position or standing position. Keep relax, close your eyes and maintain your muscle on your body (especially for the face and foot muscle) to have a good position, after that breath through your nose step by step. It can be done for 10-12 minutes until bring a comfortably condition for your body. A good position to do that is by restraining the abdominal muscles and followed by breathing slowly.

Keep calm to find a comfortable condition for the pregnant woman. It can be started by sitting cross-legged and put both your hands beside your body to straight the elbow. Raise up your hands to the side of your head until your finger meet to each other. After that lay down your hands accompanied by a smooth breathing.

Use you’re a short time for relaxing, it can be done by sit up straight on the chair. To make it becomes more relax, you can prop your back with a pillow to make your feet relaxed. Do a smooth breathing by inhale the air through the nose and breathe out through the mouth slowly. It can be done in several times until you get a comfortable condition for your body.

Creating a calm atmosphere by calming your thought by listening to the smooth music. This way can make you to get the pleasure easily.  When doing the relaxation, close your eyes and concentrate to have a regular breathing. If you have some difficulties to get the pleasure, you can repeat it by changing your position into a good position. The more often you practice, it is expected, that it will be easier for you to enjoy your pregnancy until you have the childbirth process.
