In addition to an effect on the face, someone who is excess sugar also influences the blood pressure. When someone consumes too much sugar then the body will release more insulin to reduce the glucose from the bloodstream.

If your diet too much contains sugar, then the insulin level increase will also repeatedly trigger the kidneys retains sodium. In this condition, the body will pump more sodium through the food you consume. This will lead to an imbalance in the contents of sodium and the blood pressure will increase.

From the explanation above, the excess sugar causes bad effects on health, but you do not need to avoid it utterly. The important thing is consume it in a reasonable amount and identify what foods that contain a lot of sugar and begin to limit it.
