Some problems about the woman`s health after the childbirth process can be minimized but the psychological problems of the woman is very difficult to be controlled. After having a childbirth process the woman have a mental exhaustion and if the woman having a pregnancy soon after the childbirth process, she will have a mental pressure.
To avoid unplanned pregnancy after the childbirth process we have to use the contraception in 3 weeks after the childbirth process. The woman who conducts the breastfeeding can prevent the pregnancy. Therefore we have to choose a suitable contraception which is well planned before the childbirth process, therefore we can focus on the childbirth process and how to take care of the children
In the research analyzed by Dr. Jackson and Dr. Anna Glasier found that the subjection mean of the woman who has an ovulation is 45-37 days after the childbirth process, but some of them can get the fertile period in 25-27 days after the childbirth.
A contraception which is safe for the lactic woman is not the contraceptive pills with an estrogen because it can create some risk for having a lower baby growth. Another choice which is very safe to be done is by using IUD contraception or using condom. The condom usage is recommended for the woman who has a long period to get the pregnancy. It used to help the woman get the second pregnancy easily.
Breastfeeding process sometimes is not easy to be done, even amount of the woman prefer to stop breastfeeding early in less than 2 years. But we must have a great consideration about that because by stopping the lactation, it will make the woman becomes easier to get her fertile period.
Maintaining the pregnancy distance is very important to be done by the woman who has done the caesarean section. The early pregnancy will create some problems for the woman because the woman`s abdominal skin is very sensitive to have a torn.
The ideal distance of pregnancy for the woman at least 2 years. During this period the woman will have a high possibility to get the normal childbirth process for the next pregnancy. If the woman have a pregnancy before 2 years, therefore the woman will have high possibility to have caesarean section for her pregnancy.
