Based on the research, it show that if the woman delays her pregnancy until she has reach 30 years of age, she will get a risky pregnancy zone therefore she must take an intensive pregnancy treatment.

One of the risks which frequently happened is that the woman will have a premature baby born. Compare to the woman who is under 30 years old, it will be more risky to have a premature baby born. Some researcher from the Karolinska institute of Stockholm and the university if Bergen conduct some researches that involve one million women who has her first pregnancy in Sweden and Norway. They compered the 30-year-old mother's pregnancy with pregnant women aged 25-29 years.

It can be found that one of five pregnant woman in 30 years of age  have a high risk to get the premature baby born in 22-23 weeks of pregnancy. It is very risky for creating some problems related to the baby`s growth, even it will increase the risk of death.

This research also found that the smoking habit and the obesity can improve the risk of having a premature baby born, the death of the children after childbirth process or when the fetus is still in the woman`s uterus. Biologically, the woman who is in the age of 20-30 years old is the best time for having her first pregnancy and childbirth.

It must be considered by the woman who wants to get the baby more than one. Because the age factor will determine the condition of the placenta and the woman`s uterus which deal with the risk of complicating pregnancy and childbirth process.
