The healthy food for the breastfeeding women

The breastfeeding women must consume a healthy food to enhance their health, and to enhance the quality of the breast milk production. After the childbirth process, the woman needs some nutritious food. It can be used to improve the quality of the breast milk production and it is very useful to enhance the woman`s health and fitness.

Some doctors may recommend the woman to consume some foods which has a high calorie, at least 500 calorie per day. It is supported by some experts that emphasize the woman to consume some foot which has a high nutrition rather than some food which has a high calorie. The woman can also consume some food which has a higher calorie such as some sweet snack, instant meals. Those kinds of food will have some benefit for the woman to enhance the quality of the breast milk production.

If the woman has inadequate nutrition supply, it will have some negative effect for the children because it can make the children to have a longer defecate cycle. It can be used as a sign that the children has inadequate nutrition. The breastfeeding women should consume some foods which contain a complex carbohydrate such as pasta, corn, boiled cassava, and oat. For their daily food consumption, they should consume some kinds of food such as some vegetables (broccoli, squash, paprika, peanut), fruits (Apples, palm berry, orange, peach, and water melon), and some wheat food.

Those kinds of food can also be used to reduce the woman`s weight in such condition before the pregnancy without reducing the quality and the production of the breast milk.

The woman should consider about the fat and protein supply. The woman must complete the need of the fat supply at least 1 ounce per day. It can be found on the vegetable oil, butter or mayonnaise. The woman should balance between the complex carbohydrate, protein, and fat by reducing the sugar consumption and reducing the consumption of the sweet snack.

The important nutrition for the breast feeding woman is a calcium. The woman has to consume the calcium at least 100 mg per day. The calcium can be taken from the milk product, yogurt or cheese. The calcium can be gotten from many food sources such as broccoli, salmon, tofu, and sesame seed.
