A bloated can happen to the pregnant woman which is caused by the improvement of the stomach gas influenced by the progesterone hormone. This problem will cause some digestive obstruction. A bloated can be caused by the inappropriate eating technique.

To prevent this problem, the pregnant woman should consider about how to eat some foot with the appropriate technique and avoid some food which can cause a bloated. Let see the following explanation about some foods which can cause a bloated
  • Cabbage is a kind of vegetable which can obstruct the digestion process and it can cause a heartburn.
  • Peanut, actually this food is good for the pregnant woman. But if it is consumed excessively, it will cause a bloated. To reduce the raffinose level, you can soak it and wash it before cooked.
  • Fried foods, it has a lot of fat which is difficult to be digested. Because of this reason the pregnant woman should reduce the fried foods consumption and choose another foods.
  • Apples, this fruit has a lot of pectin which can make the stomach produce a lot of gas especially on the digestive organs.
  • Radish, green paprika and onion can create a bloated
  • A carbonate beverage should be avoided by the pregnant woman because it can create some bloated and it can make the pregnant woman to have uncomfortable condition when consuming a heavy meals.
  • Cheese which is not processed through the pasteurization process should be avoided by the woman because there are a lot of dangerous microorganism that can create a lot of negative effect for the pregnant woman and her fetus. Cheese can increase the stomach gas.
  • Potatoes, it contains some starch which can obstruct the digestion process and it can create some bloated.
  • Cucumber is a kind of vegetable which contains a lot of water. Although it can enhance the woman`s digestion process, it can also create a bloated.
  • Corn, the woman should be careful to chewed it because if it is not be chewed properly. It can cause a bloated.
