The pregnant woman`s health needs to be maintained well, because her health will have a great deal with the fetus in the woman`s uterus. One of the disease that may occurs during the pregnancy is the toxoplasmosis which is caused by the toxoplasma Gondi parasite. The symptoms of the disease are influenza, exhaustion, throat inflammation, fever, having a lymph gland nodes.

Toxoplasmosis is very dangerous for the fetus`s growth because it will encourage the pregnant woman to have a miscarriage. The toxoplasma Gondi Parasite is generally spread by a cat, and it lives in the cat`s intestines which are spread through the feces. Toxoplasma Gondi Parasite can infect the pregnant woman when conducting a direct contact with the cat or when cleaning the feces of the cat.

Toxoplasma Gondi Parasite can also be spread through the meat and vegetables which is not be cleaned before cooked. The pregnant woman must have a great consideration about it, because it will be very dangerous for the pregnant woman. Besides it will encourage the pregnant woman to have a miscarriage it can also create some innate deformity, sight disruptions, brains disruptions, or another problems which can occur to the fetus.

• During the pregnancy, the woman shouldn’t have a direct contact with the cat or cleaning the feces of the cat. If the pregnant woman is compelled to do that, therefore she must wear gloves, and mask. After that she must wash her hands with a soap and running water. She can ask someone to clean the cat`s cage regularly, so that the woman can avoid the risk of having Toxoplasma Gondi Parasite infection.
• If the woman has a cat, she must consider about the foods which is consumed by the cat. The cat shouldn’t consume the raw meat (especially from the mouse) therefore the cat is not being infected by toxoplasma Gondi Parasite.
• Keep out the cat from the private room or family room (work shop, and bed room). You must be wary with the spread of toxoplasmosis through the external environment, such as the yard or garden where the cat play around.
• Don’t keep the cat adopted from the outside, because the cat may have a high risk to be infected by the toxoplasma Gondi Parasite.
• After finish your daily activity and you want to eat some foods, it will be better to wash your hand with a soap.
