Some foods which should be avoided by the young baby under one years old

Baby is allowed to consume some foods starts from the age of 6 months, but we should be careful to choose some kinds of food which is appropriate for the baby who is less than one years old. We shouldn’t be allowed to give some heavy meals for the baby because it can cause some allergy or create some health disruption.

There are some foods which shouldn’t be given to the baby:
  • Some peanuts, it shouldn’t be given to the baby because this kind of food is the most common allergen. It will be safer if we give this kind of food for the baby who is more than 1 years old. There are some symptom for those who get an allergy, for example having a skin rush.
  • Honey, it shouldn’t be given for the baby who is less than one years old because it can cause some sticky condition on his throat. Honey contains some glucose which is not good for the baby. The spora Clostridium which can be found in honey can cause some botulism for the baby. The symptoms of botulism are having some constipation, having a lower appetite, and becomes very weak.
  • Cow`s milk, this kind of food is very difficult to be digested by the baby. Moreover the protein and high mineral in the cow`s milk can penetrate the baby`s kidney and it can cause some irritation on his stomach and intestines. The cow`s milk will have inadequate iron and vitamin C, therefore it will be better for the baby to be given the breast milk.
  • The packaged juice,this kind of beverage shouldn’t be given for the baby because it contains much sugar which is not good for the baby`s health.
  • Wheat, it shouldn’t be given for the baby because it contains some gluten and a high protein which is very difficult to be digested, therefore it can create some skin rash, diarrhea, and also a constipation.
  • Egg white, it shouldn’t be given for the baby because it can cause some allergy. If you want to give him an egg, you should remove the egg white or you can give your baby an egg yolk.
  • Strawberry, it shouldn’t be given for the baby because this fruit have a high acid which can cause some allergen. It can cause some allergy for the baby.
  • Chocolate, this food contains some caffeine and much sugar therefore it is not recommended for the baby who is under 1 year.

To make a MoridaCitrifolia L, firstly you have to crush the MoridaCitrifolia L, Bangle, MurrayaPaniculata [L] Jack leaf and zingberAmaricans BL leaf then clean them. The normal menstrual cycle usually happens for 28 days, but not all the women have the same menstrual cycle. Some of them have the menstrual cycle for about 21 to 30 days, and every woman will have some possibility to have some menstrual cycle changes. These are the followingabnormal menstruation symptoms:
  • The woman haven’t get the first menstrual cycle in the age of 16 years.
  • The menstrual cycle is suddenly stopped, whereas you are not get the pregnancy or menopause.
  • There are some menstrual bleeding in more than 7 days.
  • The length of the menstrual cycle is more than 35 days or less than 21 days calculated from the first day of menstruation until the first day of the next menstrual cycle.
  • There is a heavy bleeding during the menstruation
  • The woman still have some bleeding after the menstrual cycle has been completed.
  • The woman has a heavy cramps especially on the first day of the menstrual cycle.
  • Having an irregular menstrual cycle (not in menopause)

Hitting the children often be done by the parents when the children won`t stop crying, do some mistakes, or doing some naughtiness. Hitting the children can make him to be more contra productive (he will cry louder), even it will make him to be more aggressive and depressive when he reach the adolescent age. (Based on the research done by the Kathryn Maguire-Jack and Andrea Gromoske which is published on the Journal of family and marriage in 2012).

This research focuses on how the negative effect of hitting the children under one years. It involve 3.870 families as the samples of the research. The result of the research showed that hitting the children under the three years can make them to be more aggressive and it can make them to have some depressions and restlessness when they reach the age of 5 years.

The previous research indicates that hitting the children will have a great influence toward the children`s behavior, but no one who has done some investigation related to this problem.

A survey conducted by the Child Trends Data Bank found that 75% of the woman and 65% of the men agreed that the children can be hit little harder. Based on some reports show that 90% of the parents believe that hitting the children lightly is allowed.

But we have to consider that basically it is not allowed because based on the research done by Tulane University published in Pediatric Journal in 2010 show that hitting the children under 3 years can make them to become more aggressive when they reach the age of 5 years.

The children under 1 year can`t be given some punishment because they don’t know why they get some punishment from their parents, and why they are hit.

Hitting the children can be used as an alternative punishment but it should be done for the children who is 2-6 years.  It can be done when the parents try to give some explanation while the children do some bad habit and the parent can give a timeout punishment for them. But it can be used as the last choice to be done and actually it is not recommended.

The healthy food for the breastfeeding women

After the childbirth process, the woman needs some nutritious food. It can be used to improve the quality of the breast milk production and it is very useful to enhance the woman`s health and fitness.

Some doctors may recommend the woman to consume some foods which has a high calorie, at least 500 calorie per day. It is supported by some experts that emphasize the woman to consume some foot which has a high nutrition rather than some food which has a high calorie. The woman can also consume some food which has a higher calorie such as some sweet snack, instant meals. Those kinds of food will have some benefit for the woman to enhance the quality of the breast milk production.

If the woman has inadequate nutrition supply, it will have some negative effect for the children because it can make the children to have a longer defecate cycle. It can be used as a sign that the children has inadequate nutrition. The breastfeeding women should consume some foods which contain a complex carbohydrate such as pasta, corn, boiled cassava, and oat. For their daily food consumption, they should consume some kinds of food such as some vegetables (broccoli, squash, paprika, peanut), fruits (Apples, palm berry, orange, peach, and water melon), and some wheat food.

Those kinds of food can also be used to reduce the woman`s weight in such condition before the pregnancy without reducing the quality and the production of the breast milk.

The woman should consider about the fat and protein supply. The woman must complete the need of the fat supply at least 1 ounce per day. It can be found on the vegetable oil, butter or mayonnaise. The woman should balance between the complex carbohydrate, protein, and fat by reducing the sugar consumption and reducing the consumption of the sweet snack.

The important nutrition for the breast feeding woman is a calcium. The woman has to consume the calcium at least 100 mg per day. The calcium can be taken from the milk product, yogurt or cheese. The calcium can be gotten from many food sources such as broccoli, salmon, tofu, and sesame seed.
